Document Administrator (work from home)

In cooperation with the UK based Consulting Company, we are looking for one or two people, who will help us with sorting out documentation related to the construction projects.

These include Drawings, Certificates, Data Sheets, O&M Manuals, or any other received documentation from the clients.

Your duty will be to understand every single document throughout multiply projects, know where to file them, how to name them, and also be able to extract information from them for other members of the team.

Every document has to be recorded in our system, so we know exactly what we received or what information is still missing.

Construction background is an advantage but not essential.

All required work and communication will be explained in Czech, via video recorded Tutorials. However internal communication will be done mostly in English.

Nothing difficult, but you will need to be very well organised and have a good memory of what was or wasn't received.

Excellent level of written English
Good knowledge of MS Office 365
Own PC / Laptop with MS Office 365 (if necessary company licence available)
Good communicative skills, with proactive thinking and self-contained
Being able to work under pressure
Minimum 3-5 h a day

No need of travel, all work can be done comfortably from home
Flexible working hours between 8 am to 6 pm
