CZ-SK speaking Social Account Manager

Experience: no experience required
Work schedule: remote work 1-2 hours a day

Tasks:
– Conducting communication (dialogue, responses to appeals / comments / Direct) through Amo CRM
– Bringing the client (parent) to sign up for a free lesson (by answering incoming messages)
– Communication with users using templates and outside of templates (we give scripts)
– Respond quickly to messages (up to 15 minutes). Total per day up to 20-50 messages

Požadujeme

Mandatory:
Fluent in Slovak and Czech (in chats)

Requirements for you:
– Write competently and know how to conduct a fascinating dialogue with users
- Have a high level of personal responsibility
- Perfect punctuation and spelling
- Love people
– Attentive, proactive, responsible and communicative
