We are looking for a customer service consultantfor our esteemed client. A stable company offering top-notch customer (telephone) support for airlines ✈️ in Germany, Italy, Central, and Eastern Europe. What will it be about? • Efficiently resolve customer queries and issues. • Handling reservations, flight changes or cancellations, facilitating online check-in, etc. • Fluent communication in English and German. • Collaborate in a dynamic team environment. • Communicating with customers via telephone, email, and chat.
What we are looking for? • Knowledge of German and English - daily communication with customers. • Ability to work remotely - effective work schedule of 40 hours per week - 8.5 hours per day. • Stable internet connection - internet speed of 16/10 Mbps, Ethernet cable. • ✍️ Option to attend a 6-week training program in Brno.
