• Set up and manage academic professional internships across all professional areas
• Assess student internship and career aspirations through one to one interviews
• Guide and support students from initial interview through successful completion of internship
• Create relationships and maintain a strong rapport with employers through research, cold calling, site visits, and on-going communication
• Expand and manage the database of Prague internship opportunities
• Supervision and participation in evening and weekend social events
• Regular participation in the EUSA 24/7 emergency on-call rota outside of office hours in conjunction with other team members

• Permission to work in the Czech Republic
• Fluent Czech, excellent written and spoken English
• Professional experience in higher education, recruitment, or relationship management
• Knowledge of Czech business, industry trends and Prague
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving and conflict management skills
• Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• High level of professionalism and accuracy
• Degree level education
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience of Mac OS
• Ability to maintain a degree of flexibility with regards to the ever-changing nature of the role itself
