In partnership with an online consulting company supporting clients in the UK construction sector, we are looking for one or two reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join us in delivering high-quality documentation for residential building projects.

We seek candidates interested in a long-term collaboration, who are confident in using Adobe InDesign and comfortable working independently on documentation tasks. You will be responsible for creating Homeowner’s Guides (digital manuals) from start to finish based on the project materials provided.
This means:
• Reviewing and interpreting floor plans, technical drawings, photos, and video walkthroughs of residential properties
• Identifying and understanding the electrical and mechanical systems, such as hot water, heating, ventilation, drainage, electricity, fire & security, and TV/AV
• Structuring and formatting this information clearly using our InDesign templates
• Creating concise, user-friendly manuals that help homeowners understand how their property works and how to operate its systems

While a background in construction or architecture is helpful, it’s not required.

Strong professional communication skills in English, both via email and online calls, are essential, as we operate entirely in English.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Punctuality and a keen eye for detail.
- Comfort with routine tasks and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Confidence in English communication, accommodating both native and non-native speakers.
- A disposition towards problem-solving, including proactively seeking and suggesting solutions.
- The ability to work under pressure, quickly synthesize information, and use common sense effectively.
- Strong time management skills, willingness to learn, and openness to constructive criticism.
- A serious commitment to our company's vision and the desire for long-term engagement.

Technical requirements include:
- A minimum of 3-5 working hours daily, flexible across Monday to Friday to align partially with business hours.
- Proficient level of English (verbal and written).
- Extensive experience in remote administrative roles.
- Fluent in English, with a home office setup including reliable internet.
- Own a PC/Laptop with at least 16+ GB RAM, running Windows 10 / 11
- Additional screen(s) highly recommended
