We are looking currently for a colleague for the position of Customer Service Agent for Inbound (incoming calls) with Italian language. Join the world leading shoe retailer Communication Center team!
What will be your responsibilities?
• Providing excellent service to the customers via email and telephone
• Promptly respond to telephone and e-mail inquiries from customers
• Providing the appropriate solution based on customer needs
• Cooperation within the team
• Work through a rotation working mode (opening hours from 09:00 to 19:00/Monday-Friday)
• Italian language as a native speaker is a must (communication with native speaker customers)
• Second language - English or Czech on communication level (communication with team)
• Excellent communication skills, focus on customer
• Basic Microsoft PC skills
• Be able to work efficiently within a team
• Active approach regarding the work and reliablity
• Salary evaluation up to CZK 180 Kč/hour
• After training, possibility of occasional work from home
• Employment contract - part time job (DPP, DPČ, IČO), later on the possibility of a regular contract/full employment (HPP)
