We are currently looking for colleagues for the position of Customer Service Agent for Inbound (incoming calls) with English.
What kind of work is waiting for you?
You will communicate in English by phone and in writing with customers from all over the world and help them solve their requests (customer service for supplier of technology for the transport of vaccines).
• You speak English fluently
• You are a team player, you help your colleagues and you can also accept their help, but you are also independent.
• You like people and it can be heard in your voice.
• You can speak in a way that is understandable for others.
• You have an active approach regarding the work and you are reliable
• You are able to work 80-100 hours per month
• Salary evaluation up to CZK 250/hour
• After training, the possibility of home office
• Employment contract - DPP, DPČ, IČO
• Flexible working hours (operating hours of the line 24/7)
• Shift work (day, night, weekend and holidays) - the possibility of agreement according to your possibilities
• We will help you improve your communication skills and give you the opportunity to put your knowledge of the English language into practice
• Start of the project 13.6.2022
• Training 31.5. - 3.6. 2022 in the premises of Cortex
• Barrier-free access is a matter of course in our company
• Do you have no experience working in a call center? Never mind, we will be happy to teach you everything.
