Office Manager - part-time

are you looking for part-time employment? Are you communicative and enjoy working with people? Do you already have some experience in office management? If so, don't hesitate to apply for this opportunity, as our client is offering a very interesting job with an attractive salary and benefits.


- handling post, deliveries, phone calls, and emails.

- managing office supplies and refreshments.

- accepting orders, invoice approvals, and coding.

- serving as the main point of contact for visitors, customers and vendors.

- coordinating with the building owner company for access cards, repairs, cleaning, etc.

- coordinating safety and health initiatives, including first aid and fire marshal duties.

- organizing events such as charity runs, team-building activities, and parties

- providing administrative support

who we are looking for


- at least high school.

- experience (minimum 1-3 years)

- well-organized with excellent time planning.

- positive attitude and ability to work under stress.

- enjoyment in working with different people.

- good command of English (Czech language is an advantage)

- strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
