REED is seeking a candidate for our client with a small Shared Services Centre located just outside of the city center of Prague. The position is meant for 20h per week. This position will play a key role supporting Management of the company and Financial processes related to Budgeting, Reporting and Financial Analysis. Responsibilities • Prepare, review and distribute monthly financial reports, focus on SGA • Prepare standard quarterly operating reports • Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports • Assist in the budget creation & reforecast process • Track expenses and revenues vs. budget, analyze differences and prepare budget reforecast • Maintain budget and reforecast information in the reporting system • Support Intercompany reconciliations and follow-up on reconciling differences • Support Closing process in accounting system and HFM in coordination with HQ • Manage cost recharges for the business group and handle follow-up communications • Participate in CAPEX approval and reporting process • Assist in the external and internal audits • Support company projects and related financial analyses as needed
Qualifications • English minimum B2 + fluent Czech language • Experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis • Financial and Management Accounting/US and Czech GAAP knowledge is an advantage • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel) a must, SAP, HFM, Smart view an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required • Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical • Ability to work independently and with different teams at the same time • Excellent Communication skills
