Main responsibilities:
- assistance to VAT compliance team
- reporting where Excel skills are required to manage big data compilation and analytics
- VAT returns preparation, VAT balance reconciliations and other tasks supporting VAT compliance processes
- cooperation with other team members
- use of MS Excel - vlookup, if, pivot tables (basic macros)
- reporting
Cooperation for 20 hours per week
Flexibile work schedule
Start: asap
Location: Prague 9
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. secondary education, economic / finance field is advantage
- Previous experience from administration is a need
- Advanced level of English (will be used daily)
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel (macros is a huge plus)
- Knowldge of Microsoft Access is an advantage
- Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
- Willingness to learn
