Office Administrator (Remote) - Part-time to Full-time, Self-employed

In close collaboration with a UK-based firm, a Czech company is looking for a dedicated administrator with solid English skills. The right candidate will be able to evolve from a part-time role to a full-time position based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Managing email exchanges
Regular telephonic interactions with UK construction businesses
Electronic document organization using our specialized tools

While training is available in both English and Czech, our primary business language is English. A background in project coordination is an advantage.

Recruitment Steps:

Written English test focusing on email communication.
Task-based assessment to understand project-related document handling.
Phone chat to ensure effective verbal communication.

• Are proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote. We also utilize MS Teams and other proprietary tools.
Work Details:
• Commit to at least 4 hours daily (Mon-Fri) — 20 hours weekly.
• Ensure availability during core business hours to facilitate seamless client communications.
• Operate from a well-equipped home office: dependable internet, PC/Laptop (min. 8 GB RAM, MS Office 365, Windows 10). We can provide an Office 365 license if needed.
• We'll provide a UK SIM card for business calls.
