For our Magenta office in Brno with a friendly culture but a strong background of a corporate company, we are looking for a new colleague who will be a right hand to DTSE CZ Managing Director, Sergei Holmeckis, and his team!
The most interesting part of this job is that you will have the opportunity and freedom to bring your creativity and fresh ideas and implement them in our daily work. As an important member of the team, you will have a chance to find out what the business in the international company is about. This job is suitable for all those who have a creative, positive, and open mindset, get-things-done attitude, great communication skills (or ideally a previous working experience or internship in the communication department), fluent English, and flexibility to work with us approx. 20 hours a week. We offer a long-term collaboration with many development possibilities when working on various internal projects and other interesting things.

You will support us with:
- Internal and external communication – you will support our Communication
- Expert in various topics mainly connected to graphic design (preparing the visual content for the company website, social media, e-newsletters, posters, flyers, etc.)
- Preparing cool looking presentations and documents for the Managing director - for various occasions
- Taking care of team meetings (preparing the agenda, creating nice presentations, writing down the meeting minutes, and distributing the tasks – if necessary)
- Participation in strategic discussions about business/events agenda for the year ahead, preparing recommendations and presenting those to management (– if necessary)
- Support with event planning, information and market research
- Organizing internal/external meetings with DTSE CZ customers
- Participation in DTSE CZ projects like culture implementation project, the new way of working (sounding board), reduction of the office size, etc. – We are looking forward to your fresh ideas!

You skills / background and attitude:
- Fluent in spoken and written English as you will use it in everyday contact and for all prepared content
- Good flexibility (this job is perfect for students or others who are willing to stay with us on a long-term part-time job approx. 20 h/week = working days)
- Creative, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills (free to brainstorm ideas, find solutions to issues, put complex issues in simple words, and express ideas in pictures)
- Knowledge of graphic design tools is a big plus (CANVA, GIMP, Adobe Photoshop, etc. – anything that suits you)
- You are comfortable with MS Powerpoint (convey ideas via pictures and graphic images), MS Excel (use analytics; knowledge of main functionalities and formulas); and MS Word (create meeting minutes, memos, etc.)
Willingness to learn tools and techniques that support collaboration like OneNote, Tasklist, Outlook, Sharepoint, Miro Boards, Slack, etc., and even suggest other tools that can make our lives better
