Main responsibilities:
*Troubleshoot incidents remotely as 1st level IT Support for internal users
*Operate all IT hardware, software and services globally due to service level agreement (SLA)
*Manage, update and troubleshoot Windows *PC/Laptops/Workstations,MS Office and standard software
Job requirements:
*Excellent knowledge of Spanish language (C1 or native speaker)
*Good knowledge of English (B2)
*Basic overview of IT support is an advantage
