You will be the first point of contact for the customers. Your main responsibility will be to resolve clients' queries over phone calls or via chat and/ or email, according to the company standards. You will be cooperating with and escalating cases to a higher level of support representatives when needed.
Your profile: - You are a fluent speaker of both English (min B2) and Polish (min C1) - You have previous working experience as a Technical/ Helpdesk Support or an avid interest in Technology - You are a reliable team player, have good communication skills and like working with people - You possess an analytical mindset and are not afraid of solving problems It will be nice if you: - Have any Networking and/or Wireless infrastructure skills - You are familiar with mobile computing technologies and operating systems or remote tools
