What do we require?
- Interest in Technology / previous experiences as a Technical Support/ Technical Studies
- Advanced command of English + French or English + Italian or English + Turkish or English + German
- Good communication skills
- Goal-oriented personality
- Autonomous, creative team player
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with customers in troubleshooting technical issues over the phone
- Valid work permit for the Czech Republic/ European citizenship
