For an American multinational company, we are looking for a HR Assistant with knowledge of the Turkish and English language.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and phone screenings, collaborating closely with technical candidates and hiring managers.
- Update and maintain candidate records in recruitment systems.
- Track recruitment activities and generate candidate status reports for recruiters.
- Manage candidate travel arrangements when necessary.
- Assisting with other recruitment related activities.
- Minimum high school education.
- Customer service skills.
- Great organizations skills.
- Scheduling experience is highly desired.
- Previous work in reception or customer service is a plus.
Languages:
- Turkish - C1
- English - B2
- Either 5 days in the office or fully remote.
- Fixed-term employment – 12 months, with the possibility of extension upon mutual satisfaction,
