Remote Office Manager capable running team of 10-15 remote employees

In cooperation with UK company, we are seeking for a capable person with an excellent level of written English, for managing a small administrative team of 10-15 remote employees, including overlooking projects, related to the creation of Construction Documentation, User Guides, Drawings or similar.

Most employees are working on part time bases (DPP), and communication with them is in Czech, the same as with the company owner, but with the clients would be in English.

Your work will also be from home, and your duty will be assigning tasks to all staff on daily / weekly bases.

There is a lot of planning involved, to make sure that everyone has assigned tasks on time and is working as efficiently as possible.

You will be reporting back to the UK company, approving time sheets and everything related to it.

Tasks to employees are usually pre-recorded by screen or by voice recording, or given in writing, so having good communication skills is essential.

You will also manage existing or new projects, making sure that they are handed over on time and comply with all our standards.

Be in touch with the London office, where all printing and filing is taking place, including marketing, which you&apos;ll also be overlooking.

You will also be responsible for choosing new employees and training them with our system.

All work will be clearly explained; we have lots of Guides and Templates to guide you through our work. Same as patience.

Construction background is an advantage but not essential.

Our company is providing ONLY administrative work, and all our tasks are repeating on each project, even though each project is completely different. However, the principal is the same, so nothing difficult.

We are expecting the team to double in the next 6-12 months, same as could your salary if you a proof to be an essential part of the team and right hand to the company owner, to whom you&apos;ll be in touch on daily bases.

Excellent level of written and spoken English
Well organised and have managerial skills and experience
Good knowledge of MS Office
Own PC / Laptop with MS Office 2016 (if necessary company licence available)
Good communicative skills
Proactive thinking and self-contained
Being able to work under pressure
Minimum 3-5 h a day, ideally 5-8 h or full time after the trial period (Mon-Fri)

No need of travel, all work is managed comfortably from home
Flexible working hours between 8 am to 6 pm
