We are Queen Prague Apartments — a property management company providing high-quality short-term rentals across Prague. Our goal is to ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and welcoming arrival experience.
We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Check-In Assistant to join our on-site operations team in Prague.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate with guests prior to arrival to arrange check-in times.
Meet guests in person, hand over keys, and provide a warm welcome.
Explain apartment features and answer any immediate questions.
Assist on-site in case of special requests or unexpected situations.
Communicate with management and maintenance teams if issues arise.
What we’re looking for:
Spoken English (Czech or other languages are a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctuality, reliability, and a professional attitude.
Flexibility — availability during afternoons, evenings, and weekends is an advantage.
Based in Prague with good local knowledge of the city.
What we offer:
Independent and flexible work schedule (On average 15-20 check-ins/day)
