Hello,
We create handmade ceramic mugs in Ostrava (Ostrava-jih-Zábřeh). We are expanding our team and are seeking for people for the following two positions. We are looking for a separate person for each position.
1. Part-time Production Helper
Working time and hours are flexible. However, we are looking for somebody who can come between 9:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. Especially those who can come on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays are really welcome :)
We use the slip casting method.
Depending on the day's assignments, the main tasks include slip casting, unmolding, smoothing, glazing, casting plaster molds, and organizing and cleaning the workplace.

2. Driver & Seller for the design market
We are looking for a reliable, English-speaking, possibly Polish-speaking staff member to join our team for an upcoming design market (3 more in spring and 6 more to go before the Christmas season) in Poland. This role is for someone who is a safe, experienced van driver and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Your role includes:
- Logistics & Safety: Driving a loaded van from Ostrava to the event and back. We prioritize safe, responsible driving and require experience handling larger vehicles (Cat. B).
- Setup: Assisting with the professional assembly and disassembly of our designer stand.
- Fast-Paced Sales: Managing a high volume of customers. You must be quick and accurate with numbers (mental math for prices/discounts) and maintain high energy during the "rush."
It will be the weekend shifts, Friday afternoon (departure from Ostrava) to Monday morning (return to Ostrava).
