Evening Secretary with home office

We are currently looking for suitable candidates for the position of Evening Secretary. The position is particularly suitable for students in their junior year who want to gain paid experience in an international law firm. In this role, you will be supporting a group of international lawyers based in Dentons offices across all of Europe. Therefore, this position is suitable for someone who is able to work in an online environment. After thorough training, you will also be able to work from home.

Your responsibilities will be:

Administration, editing of documents - formatting, checking texts, correspondence;
Preparation of documents for meetings;
Arranging teleconferences, handling telephone calls;
Opening new matters and clients;
Entering timesheets;
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate should:

Be able to work in a team and independently;
Be able to work in an online environment;
Have excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of Russian is a huge advantage;
Be able to work on PC, especially MS Office (we can teach you);
Be diligent and reliable.
What we can offer:

Work for 2 - 3 days a week from 16 to 20/21.
Home office after training;
Possibility to work 8 hours a day occasionally (substitute for full-time assistants);
Financial remuneration 150 CZK/hour;
