We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Internal HR Coordinator.
This is an unpaid volunteer position designed to provide valuable experience in human resources within a non-profit setting. The Internal HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our organization's HR functions and ensuring the well-being of our volunteers and officers.
As an HR specialist your responsibilities would be the following:
- scheduling monthly management meetings
- checking in with officers about their responsibilities, achieving goals, concerns, questions, etc..
- conflict resolution between officers and volunteers
- hiring and looking for new volunteers

- passion for the mission and goals of the non-profit organization.
- strong organizational and communication skills.
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- prior experience in HR or volunteer management preferred but not required.
- English level at least B2 since our whole staff only speaks English
