Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the contract database
- Assist with central functions recharge activities
- Support monthly data preparation in Optravis
- Perform pricelist uploads into SAP
- Update pricing dates for open orders
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses
- Assist with purchasing support tasks
Profile:
- Student in Business Administration or Finance
- Analytical skills (problems solving mindset)
- Experience in Excel, (SAP and Optravis is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with a structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
