- Document, Subscription & Compliance Support: Collect receipts and follow up on missing documentation.
- Office Support:
*Prepare travel reports and gather supporting documents for business trips
*Organize exhibitions or events (booking, booth setup, refreshments)
*Order office supplies (business cards, gifts, materials)
*Run errands (post office, deliveries)
*Handle personal orders and purchases
*Conduct research as needed
*Prepare presentations
*Perform other ad hoc tasks as required

- Native-level Czech
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and make calls
- Analytical skills and ability to work with numbers
- Proactive, independent, and responsible
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High school education

- Friendly environment in an IT start-up
