Job Description

* Design a variety of projects – from investment platforms and healthcare startups to AR games for teenagers.
* Deliver elegant and simple solutions to problems worth solving – we work data-driven, whether it’s quantitative or qualitative.
* Participate in the design of projects from initial hypotheses, through ideation and rapid prototyping, to interaction design at a production level and testing.
* Rapid prototyping, with the ability to quickly create interactive app mockups.
* Close collaboration with the rest of the design team, developers, business analysts, and the client’s team – we work with clients as partners.
* Work within various methodologies and processes – sometimes we innovate using Design Sprints, sometimes we sprint within agile development, and other times we explore the unknown with Design Thinking.
* Influence the entire product or service through well-executed and clearly communicated work, impacting the development of mobile applications.

What You Bring to the Table

* Proven knowledge of the entire product design process (from hypotheses, through journey maps, ideation to interaction design and user testing).
* Strong foundation in visual design, user experience, UI design, and/or interactions.
* Understanding of the specific design requirements for iOS, Android, and web.
* Ability to balance best practices with a passion for experimentation and discovering new methods and solutions.
* Capability to think in terms of flows and hypotheses, rather than a list of screens.
* Ability to maintain distance from your own work, quickly validate ideas (and discard the bad ones), and a “trial and error” mindset.
* Good communication skills, with proficiency in English.
* Passion for the field, various forms of design, and new technologies – we welcome fresh perspectives and opinions.
* Curiosity, humility, and a passion for delivering world-class work.
