About Dishboard:
60% of restaurants go under within their first three years, almost always because of cash flow. Dishboard is the AI financial platform that gives restaurant owners a live view of profitability, liabilities, and what they can actually afford to spend.
Over 600 restaurants already run on Dishboard across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the UK. We're a fast-growing Prague startup based in Karlin expanding across Europe.
About the role:
We're looking for someone who spends most of their working day inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads: building campaigns, testing creatives, debugging attribution, optimizing based on data. You own the strategy for these channels, and execute it every day.
There is no agency to oversee. You are the operator.
One important note: this is B2B SaaS, not B2C. This means low volume of leads, high intent, and longer sales cycles.
What you'll actually do:
* Manage active campaigns across CZ, SK, and UK - daily check-ins, weekly restructures, monthly reviews
* Build and maintain the sGTM, CAPI, and UTM setup so Meta, GA4, and PostHog data reconcile
* Brief creative for our Content Marketing Manager based on actual performance data
* Design and ship A/B tests on landing pages in Tilda - hypothesis, build, evaluate in PostHog with our web admin
* Own budget allocation across markets and channels, and provide feedback to leadership to make decisions
* Come up with new ideas and strategies how to improve our performance channels
What you must have:
* 3–5 years of hands-on work inside Meta and Google ad managers for B2B (not agency oversight).
* Primary operator of at least one ad account over the last 12 months - not just the reviewer of an agency's work
* Built or can confidently debug server-side tracking yourself: sGTM, Meta CAPI, deduplication
* Can decompose CPL into its drivers (CPM, CTR, LP conversion, lead quality, MQL rate) and act on the right one
* Knowing that beside CPL it is also important cost per MQL, Cost per SQL
* Strong autonomy, fluent English
Nice to have
* AI in your daily workflow - Claude Code or similar
* Experience in scaling across multiple markets and languages
