We are Revolgy – a leading multinational provider of digital transformation services, helping over 2,000 clients worldwide get the most from Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, and Amazon Web Services. As a Premier Partner of Google, we deliver programmes of real scale and complexity – and we are now running an ambitious multi-market Co-op campaign to grow our commercial presence across CEE and the Nordics.
We're looking for a new colleague to help us with hands-on coordination at the intersection of marketing and sales.
You will own the sales-enablement workstream of Revolgy's Google Cloud Co-op campaign – from sourcing and managing an SDR agency to packaging campaign content into assets that actually drive sales conversations. There is a live, multi-workstream campaign across CEE and the Nordics, a strong Google partnership, and real momentum – and we need someone who can take ownership of the moving pieces and make sure they connect.
You will be expected to manage multiple agencies in parallel, keep deliverables branded and Co-op compliant, and maintain the kind of budget discipline and reporting rigour that a co-funded vendor programme demands.
At a Glance
* Location: Remote – CEE preferred, EU required
* Contract: Freelance / contractor, 20 hrs/week minimum, scaling toward full-time as campaign volume grows
* Focus: Sales enablement and SDR operations within Revolgy's Google Cloud Co-op campaign across CEE and the Nordics.
* Target start: June 2026 (the earlier the better – we want you involved in shaping the next campaign wave)

* Room to Grow – This starts as a part-time engagement, but the scope is expanding. If you deliver, the role scales with the campaign.

What You Will Work On
You will own the sales-enablement and SDR operations workstream of our Google Cloud Co-op campaign. In practice, that means:
* SDR agency management – sourcing, contracting, and managing an SDR agency that becomes the outbound voice of Revolgy in the campaign markets
* Sales-ready content – packaging campaign outputs (interviews, benchmark reports, growth playbook) into collateral that sales teams can actually use: intro emails, landing pages, newsletters, one-pagers
* Agency coordination – managing copy, design, and dev agencies to ship assets on time, branded correctly, and Co-op compliant
* Budget and reporting – tracking the workstream budget, reporting weekly, and maintaining audit-ready Proof of Execution documentation
* Campaign connection – ensuring that marketing output translates into real pipeline and sales conversations, not just deliverables
What Makes You a Fit
You will need:
* At least 2+ years of experience coordinating multiple projects/people/tasks in parallel
* Previous exposure to outbound sales, SDR motions, or lead generation – even if you did not run it yourself, you know the difference between a real SDR motion and a call centre
* Comfort in spreadsheets, project management tools, and a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
* Excellent English, written and verbal
* To be comfortable jumping into unknown environment and start delivering.

* Can keep multiple workstreams moving without letting details slip
* Can communicate clearly and directly
* Are curious about B2B SaaS, Google Cloud, or co-marketing and vendor programmes – even if your experience there is still developing
* Treat deadlines as commitments, not suggestions

4. Alignment & Offer – We align on scope, rate, timeline, and ways of working before getting started.
