- Closely work with our operations team and tenants to manage hardware and software solutions (point of sale, payment terminal, digital signage, network infrastructure, etc.) in both Manifesto Market locations: Prague and Berlin.
- On-site installation, deployment and support of new and existing hardware and software for our tenants.
- Plan for and respond to service outages and other problems.
- Keep and maintain our hardware inventory orderly and up to date with the most recent system patches, security updates, and setup logs.
- Communicate and work with our third party solution providers.
- Help with preparation, improvements, and maintenance of internal documents from our area of expertise (manuals, howtos, FAQs, SOPs) for our operations team and tenants.
- Help and train our team how to organize and take good care of the HW.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports and adhoc report/debrief of troubleshooting.
- Full-Time position starting Q4, 2022.

- You will work directly with, and report to the CGO Hollie Lin.
- You have a technical specialization background or you have proven track experience with similar work.
- Learn and adapt to new applications/systems quickly.
- You are reliable, detail oriented, and capable of analytical thinking.
- You can work independently to proactively anticipate, identify, and solve issues.
- You are fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German is a plus.
- You have sufficient communication skills to deal with different stakeholders and 3rd parties.
- You prefer finding solutions over excuses and can think outside the box.
- You enjoy installation and troubleshooting of software (Windows and Android platforms) and hardware.
- You are professional, positive, and open towards learning new things.
- You have a passion for finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
