The support department holds 24 x 7 L2 / L3 support for large customers and helps where internal IT teams no longer know where to go. The support team maintains a high technological level and is led by an excellent technical and human-based leader. The company active focus on Sharepoint - SCCM –Exchange - Office 365 technologies. - Support for Microsoft platform applications, servers and solutions
- Troubleshooting, design and implementation of solutions
- Communication with customers and processing their requests
- Creation of documentation
- Providing technical support systems and troubleshooting
- Internal testing
- Cooperation on fire projects
- Manage Windows Server Active Directory (ideally 3 years or more)
- Exchange / SCCM or Sharepoint Online or Office365 to admin/implementation level
- Communicativeness, who decided to entertain customers
- Responsibility - "When someone is responsible for accomplishing a specific task, it will be the one who can arrange to wait"
- You must speak English
- Experience from larger projects, ideally for large customers
