• Provide administrative support to Country Manager for day-to-day operations as well as individual projects as needed.
• Secretarial and administrative support for the entire team
• Responsible for scheduling, organizing all staff meetings and proceed with registration process for conferences.
• Actively participates and supports organization of medical, marketing meetings, advisory board and Congresses
• Open, sort and distribute mail, fax documents, keep files, order office supplies and maintain supplies.
• Arrange and schedule travel itinerary and related activities including expense reports.
• Screen telephone calls and provide coverage for executive team.
• Provides required support and required reports to central departments
- Experience as a office manager
- Knowledge of English (B2-C1)
