The job role:
• First point of contact for customer incoming calls
• Deal with customer queries in a timely manner
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions
• Document customer concerns and interactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
We need:
• Advanced spoken English B2 level and higher
• Technical experience is nice, but not necessary
• Be flexible and don’t be afraid working night shifts every now and then
• Ability to work in a high pace work environment
• Be patient, empathetic and passionately communicative
