German + English + technical focus needed! This job is about communication with customers (B2B), but not by phone only, also via email and chat. They would address you with questions about technical products you would know everything about thanks to our onboarding programme. Every troubleshooting also needs to be registered, so there are a few administration tasks as well.
Technical focus (experience, education or a hobby)
