Job description
Your responsibility is to answer the calls of company customers, who are looking for a helping hand to solve their issues connected to the company services and products. The questions are mostly from the technical field in which the employer provides 2 weeks training.
Required competencies
The key ability is English on a good communicative level at least B2. Willingness to work on PC and adopt new technical knowledge. Time flexibility the working hours are between 12 pm and 8 am, always 8 hours long shift.
Employer proposal
Perfect working conditions, thanks to a well organize modern office building and friendly company culture. Decent basic salary between 27.550 CZK and 35.000 CZK (1.100 – 1.400 €) + 50% benefit for night shifts. Interesting company perks and benefit such as relocation package 20.000 CZK.
