Job responsibilities:
- processing incoming post
- managing shared inbox
- managing refunds for customers
- support of the monthly archiving process
- work with financial documents
- related administrative tasks
Start: ASAP
Location: Prague 9
Length of contract: 6 months
REQUIREMENTS
- Min secondary education
- Fluent English (will be used on daily basis)
- French/German is an advantage
- At least short-term previous experience in administration
- Intermediate level of MS Excel (vlookup, if, pivot tables)
- Communication skills
- Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
