What you’ll do: - Provide customer support for users of an online service (mainly via chat and email) - Understand requests fast and give clear, step-by-step guidance - Handle common technical issues and escalate more complex cases to the next support level - Work according to internal procedures and security standards, including basic data checks - Log cases in the system and cooperate with the team to improve service quality and processes Start date: flexible 2026 Contract: Part-time (temporary staff via Grafton Recruitment) ‼️ IMPORTANT: This role is open only to candidates based in the Brno region who have the legal right to work in the Czech Republic (EU citizenship or a valid visa/work permit). Požadujeme: - Legal work status in the Czech Republic (EU residence or valid VISA) - English at C1 level (excellent written English is essential; confident spoken English as well) - Previous experience in customer support, admin, helpdesk, or a similar role is an advantage - Strong PC skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail - Reliable, responsible, and professional approach - Time flexibility is required - Another language (B2+) is a plus
