Homeowner's Guide Assistant (home-office) OSVČ, DPP, DPČ - full-time, part-time

In cooperation with a UK based Consulting Company, we seek one or two suitable candidates to expand our team.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent knowledge of verbal and written English to assist us with creating of Home Owner´s Guides for various properties in the UK. We are seeking someone who can commit to long-term assistance. Working from home is a must!

Your main tasks will be:
- creating Home Owners Guides in MS Word following company templates,
tutorial videos and lots of photos
- communicating with our clients in English, predominantly by email, but
company telephone calls will also be within your remit together with other team
members

Construction background for this role is preferred but not essential. This role needs someone who has common sense, can quickly follow company video tutorials and has an understanding of the company project&apos;s complexity.

All required tasks and communication within the company are presented to the team members via video recorded tutorials or templates in the following languages: English or Czech.
However, for this specific role, the majority of tutorials will be provided in Czech.

Our recruitment process for suitable candidates will have 2 stages:
1) online test at the comfort of your home showing us that you understand the complexity of project work and can follow instructions as needed
2) informal telephone interview in English to learn about your communication skills

We are looking for a person who:
- is punctual, attention to detail is a must
- does not mind routine tasks
- has to do attitude
- is very well organised
- likes communicating by email (MS Outlook)
- has confidence in telephone conversations in English with native speakers and
non-native speakers, basically is not shy to pick up a phone and clarify
necessary information from a client if and when needed
- has the willingness to go the extra mile
- is not afraid to ask questions
- is a problem solver
- seeks or suggest solutions to raised problems
- is a team player as well as being able proactively to work on its own
- has the ability to work under pressure and being able to put pieces together
fast, has common sense and knows how and when to use it
- time-keeping
- managing the assigned workload effectively as well as the own time
management
- is keen to learn new skills and can take constructive criticism
- has a serious interest in the company vision, can offer long-term assistance and
pro-actively participate

We require a minimum of 4 - 5 hours a day with a minimum commitment of 20 hours a week (Monday to Friday).
You can choose to work the morning, afternoon - what is vital that your hours must at least partially cover business hours during those days you choose to work so you can liaise with clients as well as with the team.

Once you manage your workload without supervision, you can choose to spread your working hours during the weekends too after approved by the management.

We require:
Excellent level of verbal and written English

Own PC / Laptop with Windows 10 only, 8 GB RAM, plus MS Office 365, including One Note and Outlook (if necessary company licence is available)
A strong internet connection in your home office is within your responsibility.
