Are you passionate, organised and proactive individual with excellent administration skills? Do you have experience connected to the Czech Republic and the architecture and history or have travelled much in the country? Then you are the candidate that we are looking for. We currently seek a part time assistant to work directly with the CEO/author on an exciting project.
Requirements:
Previous experience as assistant (an advantage but not Necessary)
Czech natural speaker with a high level of English (at least B2)
PC user knowledge (MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Drive)
Organizational skills, diligence, knowledge of administrative work, knowledge of document management
Communicativeness, responsibility, stress resistance
Excellent written and oral presentation in Czech language
Workload:
· Management support
· Administrative work
· Communication with partners, authorities, email communication, correspondence processing,
· Organization of meetings, support in various work and private activities
· Preparation of documents for meetings, if necessary representation, keeping the director's calendar
